The drawing is very expressive. Do people tend to compliment your hair? Mine's short and curly but never the type that gets attention for being super feminine. I have to say that I sometimes wish I had long thick dark curly hair like the hair in your drawing. I wouldn't put my hands in it unless I was asked to though. That's infringing on a person's space and is not OK.
oh i don't have long hair anymore. the hair in my drawing is a little exagerrated on purpose...it's just what it feels like when someone is all tangled up in your space...and this image is what that feeling looked like to me.
having said that, i actually dislike very much when people touch my hair (or my face). I'm all about personal space. if you're not invited, you're not welcome in it.
I know what you mean about personal space. I once designed a lesson that was all about 1. Making people more conscious of people's personal spaces and not going any closer than invited. 2. Helping people define what their personal space was and assertively ensuring that no one entered it. I've never actually used it though :( I kind of assumed your hair was long from the drawing. Sorry about that.
Welcome to my blog, the place where I write what's on my mind in a spontaneous and raw manner. This is where diatribe meets poetry. Or something like that.
